Using 3 sensor inputs including GPS technology, GYRO sensors and speed pulse data navigation is provided by voice guidance and a 3D map display, intersection zoom and turn list, destinations are inputted by country, city/street name + number search search, category input, intersection search, part post code entry, and even a voice activated destination search, the system then makes an assessment of all the possible routes to take and presents the best one on screen.

This dynamic navigation reciever provides information on traffic problems and offers alternative routes. It does this by collecting upto date traffic reports and feeding this information into your navigation system, a proposed new route is offered to you so that you can easily avoid the congested areas.

The AVIC-900 unit can also accept DVD films and music CD's.
